Hava – Warranty and Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened, in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, together with a completed Return Merchandise Authority(RMA) form (See Below).
You must include a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and a reason for return within the package.

How do I arrange a return?

For all items you wish to return please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form by telephone on +44 (0)203 397 9989 or email support@hava.direct and follow the instructions to authorise the return of goods.

For faulty goods still within their manufacturer warranty you may want to consider contacting the manufacturer of the product directly before contacting hava.direct.

At hava.direct, we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, please following the guides detailed on this site to obtain an RMA form for a return.

You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid – you are responsible for return postage cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.

Credits may take up to 14 days from the date of processing.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hava.direct

Returns Address

Please only send returns, once they have been approved via an RMA form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit back to us.
