Frequently asked questions
UK Mainland – We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. A surcharge may apply for order sent to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. In most cases, we will try to absorb the cost, but will contact you if there is an issue.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that some delivery firms may operate outside these times and we are currently unable to accept specific requests for times or days.
The majority of parcels are normally delivered by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days. During peak times, delivery could take up to 10 days under economy delivery. If you have not received your item after 10 working days please contact us.
For all items you wish to return please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form by telephone on +44 (0)203 397 9989 or email email@example.com and follow the instructions to authorise the return of goods.
You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid – you are responsible for return postage cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.
